Have a Nice Day? just got done reading link instructions

Kinda intimadating.
Im looking into the link or the link plus.
Any one know which one is better? and why?
I read the specs but all the features are kinda lost appon me.
I keep trying to surch for this type of info but keep running across thread after thread of a post and all responces ' try surching '.
What else would I need to tune other than the ecu interface?
wide band o2 sensor with air fule guage? Knock light?
Any good articals/links/books I should read on genral tuning?
I am just looking to be able to set up the system, understand how it works, and be able to get it to be stable enough of a system to drive it to a professional for a final tweek in.
One last question, a passsage in the guide stated that appon initial start up attempt if the engine dosent start, and the voltage dips below 7v it will reset. Does that mean all the user defined data will be lost? If this is the case and my battery dies for any reason on the road will I need to reset every thing before starting the car?

Get the LINK PLUS

You need a wideband O2, EGTs (and I would get fuel pressure and oil press) to tune... If you have an 00-01 RS, I can give you a base map for 5psi... Thats gonna get your car started and idling like a champ... on the stock injectors, or an 8psi map on 550cc injectors.

If you have a 99 I might be able to get you a 6psi map, a 9psi, a 12psi and a 16 psi map. My buddy was running 16 psi on the stock RSmotor pushing 320 of torque at the wheels... now we built him a motor...

If you are close to MD, you can come over here and we can tune your car...

wow I appreciate it thank you.
I am in MI so I cant take you up on the tunning.
I have a 2000 and will be running 440cc injectors and a wrx fule pump.
Will the wide band sensor use the front O2 bung? or the rear one? Will It still work on a cat-less system?
In the manual I was reading It said there was a couple of features that are a function of the inlet air temp sensor. It also stressed not to use the incorrect one.. What is the correct one?
Sorry to ask so many questions but its so tough to find the exact info Im looking for.
thanks again!
