Default wash & wax... plus a do it yourself mod -- 06 WRX TR

Took about 5 hrs to get her done, but I did it all by myself. Very impressed so far, will take some better pics later on, or tomorow. Plan to do a write up very soon, took plenty of pics during the whole procedure. Can you guess the difference?? And thanks to essteaeye for the idea and some help!

You had him paint the chrome housing to gunmetal + cleared corners.

Had who? I did this today, took maybe 5 hrs. The head lights are alot easier to clear than my04 was. Working on the "how to do it" thread right now

STi side skirts would look really hot. and a v-limited lip to go with the wheels and headlights would look really nice too.

Thanks all for the compliments. I will take some better pics tomorrow, maybe use my polarized lens to cut down on the glare. I would love to get a V-limited lip, but I would be afraid I'd rip it off the car it's so low.

As for the amount of light, it's the exact same, the inside around the low beam bulb is still chrome, the lights are actually 3 pieces. So the painted part un-screws from the actual low beam, blinker, and projector bezel.

Went out and snapped a few night pics. They came out ok, neat Mitsu. plant up the road. Kinda creepy though
