Default nother day nother manigment system!!

I am still surching for good management solutions for my 2000 2.5RS-T project. I will be running a wrx TD04 turbo, RC 440 injectors, wrx fuel pump and external waste gate.
I have been resurching e-manage tonite and just have simple questions.
The e-manage ultimate looks like the way to go to get my tuning down and still give me more options down the road.
I want to use the profec E-01 mainly for boost controle, tuning, and overboost protection. It comes with the pressure sensor harness so thats some money saved there!
I want to take advantage of there auto tuning feature so the wide band O2 sensor/ AF guage combo is a must.

My questions;
I live in a climate where the weather changes often and drastically. Will the e-manage be able to compansate quick and enough to keep it running reliably (its a daily driver)?
and
Would I need the optional injector and ignition harnesses for only 5psi?

I am very new to tuning so the cheaper and simplier I can keep it in the beginning the better. I will have a shop do the initial tune, so if it has to be a little more complex in the beginning I guess it wouldent be much of a bother.

dude, thats just not fare.
Ive been resurching my brains out trying to decide between e-manage, link, and hydra.
My friend is running perfect power on his supercharged stratus and the same place that tunes the e-manage does perfect power as well.
Perfect power dosent have an intagrated boost controller does it?
Dosent it get learned around like most piggy backs?
How extream of an engine can I run with it? Will it be able to handel cams, big injectors, and high boost?

damn you

$4 but every one told me the voltage clamp was bad news.
Ill spend what ever I have to get a management system that will sute my needs now and when I upgrade.
Im expecting to spend up to $2k but it will take forever to get that much so if I could get a decent set up for cheeper Id be happy.
I like the e-manage set up at this point because a tuner I trust deals them. I eather need something that requires very little tweeking from the manufacturer (pre-mapped piggy back or re-flash)
something that a local shop can tune for me
or something so rediculaly easy to tune that I can do it my self and not screw it up.
