Default is it possible to use the stock brackets and sliders to install aftermarket seats?

I just got a Recaro SPG with the Recaro aluminum side mounts and was examining the stock seat bracket and it looks as if I could simply bolt or drill holes to make the recaro fit. Does it work? TIA

I don't now what year your car is but the seat brackets on my 03 were riveted & spot welded to the sliders.
I got Bride seats and ended up having to by brackets to mount them. They cost about $200 per side.
