Default DeltaDash

Will I be able to adjust my idle (2004 WRX) with DeltaDash? How about my automatic transmission kick-down?

You can adjust the idle but I haven't seen anything in the latest version that will allow you to adjust the kick-down.

I've been bugging Ecutek for a couple of years now to get the 04's caught up to the 02/03's ability to do some end user tuning- me thinks it's a loss cause

^^^ Agreed. I have been waiting for a long time for ECUTek to release the new software. At this point with all the promised release dates, that have not been met, I dont think it will ever be released.
