Default Errors

So i follow all the instructions for my AP and once i select the base map to flash and presh ok the second time it gies me the error ERROR something fail please try again or somethign along those lines. then it goes back to the page that says turn key off then on and press ok again. It sems like it might be a connections probelm anyone know what else it could be. I can't get ahold of Cobb till monday.

new AP or used? could be still married? all test connectors plugged in? fans cycle on and off? cel blinking?
