Did anybody Leesburg Bakers Dozen this weekend? I did duo geezer again, with less than stellar results this year.

Cool. I still haven't been out there, and it's only like 10 minutes from my house. Hopefully this weekend. Anyone want to go Sat or Sun morning?

I did. Went Sunday morning. The new sections are pretty friggin awesome IMO. I come from a BMX/Dirt jumping background, so the berms, and jumps you can actually get some air on, were right up my ally. The back section is still all the same, so you still get the tight, rooty, technical sections. The biggest loop was about 13 miles.

Thats good news...I hated the first section because of all the roots. I watched a few vids and looks like you can haul a$$ through that section.

Yeah. Since it was my first time through, just about every corner I realized I could have carried more speed. Will take a few times there to learn where you have to brake, and where you can haul ass. That and my tires were crap. After closer inspection I found that the tread blocks on my front tire were all falling off. Just ordered some new Tioga Psycho Genius tires.

The other thing that changed is that a lot of the climbs are longer. Not as steep, but longer. Lots of switchbacks. And the exit trail is about twice as long.

I was really happy with it. Need to go as much as possible before things start to degrade.

Planning to be there 9AM Sunday morning, but we can do later if it's better for people. It dries out pretty quickly, so by Sunday it should be good.

I may make it out Sunday!

mav1C: You should pic up some Kenda Nevegal Stick-e tires. I currently have it on the front and it awesome! I hope my rear tire wears out soon so I can pick up one for my rear.

Really? What is it, like 15 miles?

Oh, and we're meeting at 9:30AM now.

I picked up a set of Tioga Psycho Genius tires.

Its 40 min no traffic rolling down 7100

That cuts into the time I'm allowed out to play before the GF starts to complain.

you guys rocking the low knobbiy tires like them I was thinking about some IRC Mythos
