Default Just loaded stg. 1 with some other mods

I bought the AP used on here, read the directions and installed it in about 10 minutes. I also installed samco ic hoses and a k&n filter with the snorkus mod. All I have to say is "wow" Feels like a totally different car. Power is soo much smoother and on demand. I can't wait to get exhaust and go stg. 2.

personally im not impressed with State 1 91 at all....maybe its because im runnin it on an 06...but i really dont see that much improvement...althought the power curves feel better...maybe stage 2 93 will make a difference...we'll have to see

At first I wasn't very impressed with stage 1 on MY04. But I left it there and drove with it for a year or so. Finally had to take my car to the dealer, so I reverted to stock. I can now tell you stage 1 is a very nice improvement over stock. Much smoother and better low-end acceleration, at least I think so.

Just normal driving I noticed the change more from stock to stage 1 than from stg1 to 2. But it wasn't till I "tested it out" that I really noticed the difference. Stage 2 is where it's at.

I have an '05 and had the AP for a couple of days and if anything changed..it got slower. What kind of boost are you getting or does it not change in stage 1.

I just picked up an AP for my 06 yesterday and loaded stage 1 in this morning. I havent drove it yet to see if I can feel the difference but it will probably take a couple days for the computer to learn the new settings. I know on my 02 when I did the stage 1 upgrade there was a bit of a difference, power was alot smoother was the biggest thing. But when I went stage 2 on my 02 now that was a difference. And when I sold my 02 and converted it back to stock I really noticed the power loss.

I have the TBE for my 06 but havent had a weekend yet to install it. Im gone on holidays first week of April then when I get home its Stage 2 time.....cant wait. Im planning on swithcing over to the PDX map as well for stage 2.

Just installed the S1 93 on my 2005 Outback XT. All I can say is, it's really worth the $$$. Feels like a strong 6-cylinder.
