Default AEM EMS - pass inspection (OBDII) ???

Have a friend who states that our cars, if equipped with AEM EMS, cannot pass the OBDII tests... (plug into our vehicles)

I was thinking about getting AEM EMS, but my car is daily driver and I do want to pass inspection.

anyone?
thanks

...can NOT...will NOT.

the AEM REPLACES the stock ECU which has the OBDII junk in it.....the AEM has NO OBDII junk in it....no OBDII junk, no pass OBDII test.

Yep, lost OBDII with my Hydra as well. But I will play musical ECUs at test time if I ever have to again (Yay for most of Ohio finally ditching the testing program).

keep your stock ECU and swap it back... but I'm sure the readiness codes and what not won't be good to gowith a simple swap.
