Default Looking for a fully adjustable FMU, idea's?

Ok, I am still trying to get this damn Vortech Super FMU installed on my RS-T. Anyway I ordered some adaptors that would hopefully fit (AN fittigns to Standard) and of course they DON'T. Also Vortech does nto seel anything that will work, so I guess I need to find something new to use instead of the Vortech.

I am looking for a FMU that is fully adjustable, where in I can set everything I need to and don't need the stock FPR at all.

Idea's???

I found a local speed shop (Loper's) had plenty of AN fittings. I bought some "Earl's" fittings for my Vortech SFMU. I know you can get them online as well through summitracing.com and other places. I would think that San Jose would have a decent performance shop to find the fittings at. Just take the SFMU in with you and have at it.

I just used AN to hose barb connectors on my Vortech SFMU with hose clamps for good measure. Never had any problems.

Regards,

Aaron

Hi AaronB,

What size barbed end did you use? Was it by chance a -6 AN Thread to a 3/8ths barbed end?

I was wondering though, do you have to change al your fuel lines so that the barbed ends would fit the fuel hose? That is the inly things I am worried about and I am pretty sure 3/8ths will nto fit my fuel hose size of 7mm which is between 1/4 and 5/16. I am looking -6AN Thread to a 5/16ths barbed end.

If you used something else, let me know what it is. I am really interested because I have been to a few performance shops out here but no one has what I need.

Would you mind sending me a set of barbed end fittings, I would happily pay for it and a pack of beer.

Let me know,
Bill
