Question EJ20G head question

I need to know which of the 2 ports on the back of the head (turbo side) are for water and oil. The oil drain tube is the same as my old legacy turbo heads, but the other 2 are not.

No, I do not have a pic....one port is at the top of the back of the head the other is down by the oil drain.

thanks for any help

I can when I get home tonight. I looked through my pictures, but nothing I have shows what you are looking for. In my mind, it should be straight forward. The coolant should be pipe, just like on the Ej22T, and the oil lines should use bango bolts. But to describe it for sure, I need to take a look at my heads...

Unhappy thanks

The oil drain tube looks just like the EJ22T head, but there is no pipe on the back of the EJ20G head like the legacy's for the water feed....just two holes.

Nothing like this pipe (this is moose's head)? If the pipe is missing, it's going to be a large hole with a thread tapped off to the side for the mounting bolt. The oil return will just be a threaded hole maybe 5-6mm across

You should have 2 holes taped 12X1.25mm one at the level of the intake cam is for oil feed and the other a little ove an inch above the oil return is your water return.
