This sounds like fun. I would assume I'll need a helmet for this? Is anyone else thinking of signing up?

Looks like fun...

Just how novice is 'novice' anyways - because it seems to stress that.

I might just sign up...
Can't wait to give the new springs a workout

What we are trying to get is people that haven't done a lot of autoslalom. We want people that have never had any instruction, ie schools. The school is very introductory. For the more experienced drivers there are other schools available. Also, within the ASA at any of the events you can always ask some of the more experienced drivers to go with you to give feedback or instruction.

You don't have to have your own helmet; the club does have loaners for beginners. You will just have to share it if alot of people there don't have their own helmet, or maybe even borrow another driver's or instructor's helmet.

My wife will be there driving our/her Suby. I'll be there too, going for rides and such.

Probably a good idea to try and sign up right after registration opens as there's only 30 spots

What CringeR said. This school is the best way to get started at autoslalom, and the class fills up fast everytime it's offered.

I just signed my wife up. Wow, looks like there's gonna be a good showing of Subarus. Too bad i'll probably be instructing the FWD's. Oh well it's good to see a few more Suby owners are gonna get the auto-x bug

Glad everyone signed up when they did. The school filled up fast, in like three days or so. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
