I was planning on this weekend but I think I am going to bump it back a week or two as it still gets pretty cold at night.

wait until april, it can and usually does snow a few inches more in late march. Plus the temperature is usually warmer by then (and along with snow traction, summer tires don't have good performance in the cold either due to different compounds than snow or all season tires.)

Snow tires? Two weeks ago on one car, tomorrow on the other. Southern NE snow this late is usually a very brief event.

im taking mine off probably tomarrow afternoon. New Englands weather is crazy, and around this time a little flurry isnt gonna make a difference whether you take your tires off now or another month. Before you know it, its gonna be warm outside and with the summers on...we can all have a little fun. not going fast ofcourse.

Tax day, and only if the forecast is clear and above freezing.

Good summer tires don't work so well on 30 deg F dry pavement.

Most years I'd say first weekend of April. This year I'd say any time now.

Next weekend looks pretty safe.

-I'll gamble against a crazy April storm this year. If for some reason we get one and I really need to drive somewhere, I can swap back.
