Thumbs up New Pics Up!

I finally got some pictures of my car with my new wheels on it. 17" white Team Dynamics Monzas. I figured I better take them today, even though the car wasn't as clean as I'd like it to be. But this time of year, I better take advantage of the pretty days.

Hey etam- No, I didn't run any additional duct work, although I thought about it. All I did was remove the resonator inside the fender well. I used some foam tape to form an airtight seal from the airbox into the fender. And I closed the hole(s) into the engine compartment so it would draw as much outside air as possible. The intake is stock from the airbox back to the manifold, other than the Amsoil air filter. At idle, it sounds like a big vacuum cleaner. At WOT, it's got a good growl to it. I doubt that it really helps performance much. I could take a picture or two for you if you'd like, although there's not much to see.

Subie Gal- Yes, I've got some H&R Sport Springs waiting to be installed. I got them from SPO when they had their sale. I've thought about holding off until I also get some struts, but I'm getting impatient, and based on your experience with that setup, I'd probably be content with just the springs for now.

Thanks for the compliments!

Rich

(Oh yeah, I've got some chrome colored center caps I could put on instead, but my kids like the blue.)

Cool

Oh Yeah- I like it! Can't wait to get my springs in. I've also been thinking about getting the skirts painted. It looks good like that. Thanks for sharing. (I'm kinda glad we don't live in the same town, though!)

I'd have to agree with you on that one!!

In due time, it'll be turbo'd too. Hopefully in the next few weeks. Then it'll be real fun. Just waiting for those 'great' people in brown to show up...UPS

If you need any help don't hesitate

Looks great Rich. I have to say that since you were a SVX owner at one time. Nice work!
