Default Looking for Cobb Stage 2 Dyno Charts

I'm looking for dyno charts from STI owners running Cobb Stage 2; 93 octane. Also post what TBE & any other mods that were installed. Just wanna see if the 278awhp/316Tq is accurate.

wow.. so i figured stage 2 is about ~$1,500 w/new parts.. and that comes out to be $37.78/WHP. kinda sucks when you think about it.. would you pay $40 for 1 hp to the wheels?

Well, you could always find a cheaper downpipe and catback exhaust. lets see,
Helix Downpipe: 230
Catback exhaust:~500
AccessPort: 645
Total:~1375

Also, you need to look at things in another perspective. An AccessPort which is $645 on a stock STi will add 25 BHP. Thats 25.80 per BHP.
Now a Catback Exhaust that cost $500 on a stock STi will get you maybe 5 BHP? $100 per BHP?
Just a Downpipe that cost $230 on a stock STi will get you maybe ~15 bhp? Thats ~$15 per BHP.

All added together averages about $50 per bhp. Now the accessport increases the amount of horsepower in conjunction with the mods so the accessPort now gives an extra 25bhp making it 50bhp making the AP worth ~$13 per bhp

That makes the new average ~$42 per bhp. Thats about right...

Why buy a catback when its $100 per bhp? There are other reasons as well. $100 per bhp may not be worth it but the sound is. Perceived value of things. A nice rumble is worth more than HP.

A turbo package with all the supporting mods (Stage 2.5) costs around 2800. Thats a VF34 turbo, injectors, pump and the exhaust and EM. You gain, at least for a WRX, 88 bhp according to cobb. So thats ~$32 per BHP.

Would I pay that? no, cause Im a cheap chinese guy that is willing to buy used. But in order to get to Stage 2.5 (32 per bhp), I need to get Stage 2 (40 per bhp).

Point is, its all subjective. Its not always about the HP. I would pay more to Rev to 9K. cause its fun. and the Value of Fun is priceless.

Cliffnotes: Stage 2, ~$40 per bhp, Stage 2.5 ~$30 per bhp. Passing up that SRT-4 on the highway, priceless.
