protune on saturday what to expect?

that's it? maybe an hour to 1.5 hours, depends on the tuner. they may have a may that is close, then just fine tune it.

These are questions you should of asked of the tuner when scheduling the appointment.

what exactly is a pro tune? is it just using an access port and having a road tune done on it, (aka a pro tuner setting everything up on his laptop and loading the real time map onto your ap?)

no,its a series of dyno pulls (to data log) coupled with a tuner (using a protuner)then a road tune to smooth everything out and as I understand you can request some basic parameters like having the boost arrive earlier in the rpms,etc....
