Are you adding the necessary hardware to bolt to the Subarus?
(I've been reading some vendors are not supplying the proper brackets) |

Sparco does not make a bracket that bolts directly into the Subaru. We are working on fabricating brackets for production, just like the ones we use in Project SM. A local fabricator should be able to make brackets without too much fuss that will bolt to the Subaru and to the Sparco sidemount seat frames. We hope to have HotSubarus bolt in kits available by May.
Hope this helps, Chris - filling in for Greg HotSubarus.com |

Great prices. Do you have the Sparco Sliders?
Any extra discount for buying 2 seats, brackets, driver side sliders, and 5-point harnesses? ![]() |

So you think the Pro 2000's would be too small for someone that's 6'1"? The specs show that they're actually a little bigger in the seating area than the Evo's.

im 6'3 and 240lbs and I use a sparco pro2000 seat in the rallycar, its gets a bit sore but just at the hips after a long day so I think you could get away with a Evo2 no problem

If you are a smaller guy, the Evo is the seat for you. The Pro2000 is definitely wider then the Evo is. Not to knock on you, but Sparco does make all of the hardware for the seats to bolt into a Subaru. ( bases, side mounts, sliders)

Unfortunately the Sparco Slider kit is not so well engineered or made, we ordered a few sets and they did not pass muster with us. We are working on an Impreza bolt in kit ala Project SM. We'll post as soon as they are available. Otherwise a good fabricator can make them without breaking the bank....
The seats are more sized around hip size than height. If you wear 36" waist pants an EVO XL is probably the best for you. The old names like Evo2, Evo3 are old production, but are essentially the same as Evo, Evo L, Evo XL. Hope this helps! Chris HotSubarus.com |
