Default AP and emissions with new exhaust

Ok I am sure this is a super newbie question but I am about to install a cobb uppipe, perrin downpipe and greddy cat back exhaust. I know the AP will stop the CEL from coming on but will the not ready codes still be there? Should I do the EGT resistor trick with the uppipe or do I just plug it in and be done with it? In MO they just do the OBD2 test so the car needs to have all systems as "ready" I don't want to jack around with putting in stock exhaust parts every couple of years.

Thanks alot.

with the AP you just "set it and forget it" in regards to the up. not sure about all the emissions stuff, we dont have it here.

The AP will pass the OBD2 test with no issues.

So you are saying it sets everything back to "ready"? I am looking for someone that has a full exhaust and the AP who has had the OB2 test to verify this.

I just had my OBD inspection done.
I had the TGV and rear O2 CEL's disabled in Street Tuner.
No problems, the car passed. You will not find the answer to "Are the readiness codes set?". I went back and forth with cobb and never got a straight answer. It doesn't really matter any way, shutting off the CEL will allow you to pass.
