Question '06 Legacy GT advice

Wondering if anyone is running a Cobb stage 1 or 2 for an automatic Legacy GT turbo? If so what is your opinion. Any other suggestions for later going with an up/down pipe combo? I definetely will go with a Prodrive exhaust. Any comments on how the auto trans holds up compared to the 5 speed after mods?
Thanks, any info would be appreciated.

Well, i just ordered my Cobb Accessport today as a matter of fact! I only got 650 miles on my 06 LGT Havn't went full throttle yet, but i will at 1000 mile mark when i switch to syntic oil. Anyways, i will post up results as soon as i load the stage 1 map. I will be going Stage 2 in my legacy and keep it that way until warranty goes out on the car, then TD06-20G from deadbolt, protune, injecters, etc. etc.

i have been stage 1 and stage 2, and now protuned. stage 1 is a nice imtermidiate upgrade, but stage 2 is where the fun really is. remember you need at least a dp for the stage 2.

up/dp is up to each person on what they want to go with. since there are several companys that have them. (ie i went with the crucial dp/mp combo instead of the full length cobb.)

the auto tranny will hold the power. from hear say the tranny will hold close to 400 hp. the major downside of the MT tranny is the clutch, its user operated which means there is additional wear, where as the auto tranny is computer controlled.

i have had a turbo back for a year
i installed the ap last week

to put it simply it makes "hot/burning smells" durring aggressive driving not sure if its the mild steel of the custom cat back or its just too hot
so an uppipe is now inorder (which will usualy lower egts by 100-150F)

Quite a few of us have noted the same smell when you're hoppin' on it. There's gotta be a small exhaust leak somewhere I figure; however, I've had the smelll when teh car was totally stock too . Luckily it doesn't really bother as the smell isn't too bad and dissipates quickly. I'll do some more looking once I get the DP on.
