You are not leaving any space for wheel travel.
I think fenders (especially front) will eat your tires.
Try to make any hard turn and brake in the same time. If tire pops and you are out of luck you may not survive the lesson.

looks like a vdub, I don't think it's too bad looks wise but like the previous poster mentioned safety and you don't wanna compromise that or driveability.

And the tires are about 2 sizes too small...........which would make it even worse if this was corrected.

I have a vw and have yet to figure out why they like the streched tire look. and i really don't like it here.
