Well, given it's under the "Recommended Items for 2015" it'll take effect next season (pending BOD approval, which is a given since BOD generally just rubber stamps what the SEB says)

So what's the deal with the STC/STS merge? Is it happening? Did I miss the FT where it was recommended?

Gotcha - yeah, I wanted to be doubly sure. I'm not dense, but reading these things makes me feel that way. Edited my original post - I don't want to cause a bunch of confusion with my initial post.
