So what have we learned about aftermarket front and rear bumpers?

Someone hit my car this weekend and I'm going to have to replace the rear bumper cover. I'm wondering if anyone has found a not to expensive body kit, that includes the front and rear bumper. Any suggestions?

i'm rather reluctant towards aftermarket fiberglass bumper replacements because they damage so easily. in some cases whatever reinforcements or impact absorption materials inside the oem one will not fit inside the aftermarket ones, and a simple parking lot bump can create a lot of damage

I agree. However, this was merely a tire from a truck bumping into the rear corner of my bumper, and it managed to crack the paint and force the bumper skin to tear in two places. I think they're all a little too sensative.
