Finally got through - but they told me to call 2404132.

Also, they said they only take checks/cash - they don't have the facilities for Credit/Debit cards.

Thats true. She'll come around with the waivers and take your cash/check at the beginning of the day...usually when we're prepping our cars for the track.

Prep, eh? I'm just going to show up and put on my helmet

Do they have a place to leave, say, lunch and water and sunscreen? Or is it like an autox where you just pile up all that stuff in the grid/parking lot?

Ghostrider600 - I Assume you're heading up this event, right? What time on Friday do you plan on getting to PMI?

For any Colorado Springs people that are going, if you need directions or would like to follow me down, I'll be at PPCC (South Academy and I-25) one hour before we meet at PMI.

Default Wet Track Day

According to Weather.com, it'll be rainy on Friday. So, be sure you're not running slicks

I did the last two, and I want to do this one but ATM I can't get the day off from work. I submitted my request last week, but the GM hates letting people off on our big days--Fri & Sat.

...so I'm still working on getting it off.

If I can't make it, everyone in the Denver Area can still meet up at JE Subaru South (or where ever you guys want) and coordinate from there down to PMI.

If you want a full day then you'd have to leave Denver @ 7am to get there @ 9am.

If you want a half day, you could meet at 9am and arrive at PMI at 11am and run until 3pm (which worked out well last time).

I should know after work (9pm) if I have Friday off. Check the weather, bring rain tires and you can still have fun in the wet.

Lets say 8am. I imagine the rest will be at PMI by 9am. I just got my Race Fuel...so I'm all ready.

Default Corrections

Track opens at 8AM (!!) not 9AM as I posted.
8a-4p is the full day.

SO if you have to be first on, it's an 8am roll out.

No way I'm getting up in time to get there at that time, but for you locals, the extra hour may not be a big deal.

For Denverites, I'd suggest just meeting @ PMI, that way it doesn't matter what time you show up (as long as you get there before they close ).

I'm coming. I was planning on leaving Westminster (N Denver, 104th & Fed) @ 8:00-ish. But, maybe I'll get motivated and head out around 7:00. If you're on I-25 and see a grey Dodge pickup pulling a WRB STi on a trailer heading South, that's me!

Right now I probably can't make it, unless I can get someone to cover for me, which is unlikely. Sorry to plan and not show, but you guys can still have fun!

Well, the weather is looking quite crappy. It is currently 6 am. I just checked CDOT and they said that hwy 50 is dry, so I'm going to roll the dice and head out!

I will be heading down as well - I am running late, though, so I probably won't stop by PPCC, Bottoz.. hope you see this!

Feeling any better Foxy?

For those who didn't come out today, you missed an awesome day! The weather held off just enough to burn off all the fuel I brought. Not much traffic, and no heat to deal with. A little chilly between sessions, but otherwise a great time!!
