Post Ralli Spec says I have a Phase II block with Phase I heads? Have you investigated?

I talked with Ralli Spec a couple weeks ago about turbo applications. The topic of subarus mixed up engine configurations came up. Anyway they took down my VIN and wrote me back a couple days ago saying that I "definitely have a phase II block". Has anyone else ivestigated this? I had heard some of the DOHC RS's had stronger Phase II blocks straight from the factory but I wasn't sure if they were doing that with the Legacy.

Thanks
Brad

SO is there an easy way to determine which block I have based on my VIN... or by another easy method... or do I need to harass Rallispec?

I too have the Phase 2 Block w/ DOHC's in my '99 Legacy GT. Some '98RS' are running this config too.
