Default Whats the worst ticket you've received in your suby?

I was recently stopped by state police for passing a guy on the interstate who was doing 40mph....I was doing 127mph. The cop was on a motorcycle. After stopping me he said I got lucky because his radar gun cleared itself. Before I drove off he wanted to comment on how he had never seen a Subaru STI and thought it was a nice car.

Anyone else have any ticket stories to share?

Sorry......it was a motorcycle. I wasnt posting this to see who has the worst comments to make. I also dont make it a habit to drive that way all the time. Its just not very smart or safe to cruise into the far left lane of traffic moving at 80mph when your doing 40mph. Just got alittle upset since the guy wasnt moving back into the right lane and he was backing up traffic. Not a smart move on my part, which I admit.

I was curious about who has had any kind of outstanding tickets in their subys?

I got two tickets within 20 minutes while I was driving my 02 WRX to the guy I sold it to. It sucked.

The first one the guy let me off with a failure to obey traffic signs = no points.

The second guy was a dick. It was a 55mph zone, and he got me for going 72. He said "I nailed you going 65 but then you continued to accelerate up to 72 down the hill". One day, 30 minutes and it cost me $320 and I got rid of my baby.

I got hit for 132 in a 75 in Montana. It was flat, open, and middle of the day.

He let me off with just a $70 ticket, that I paid on the spot with a check...

It's nice to see you don't let emotion get in the way of your driving.

I got three exhaust tickets in the span of a week from the same cop whose beat was near my work.

I mean, it was the RFL, and it was the Communist State of Virginia, but he passed a glasspack WS6 on the double yellow to get me cruising at 1800 rpm in 4th.

I call BS

Even if the gun cleared itself, that kind of speed will get you reckless, driving to endanger, driving at unsafe speed, SOMETHING>

No cop on the earth is going to let you walk away ticket free going that fast

By the way, die in a fire.

Only one ticket. 66 in a 60 on I-5 south of Dupont.

I should have known better than to display the raw power of my 88 FWD station wagon.
