Question Fuse Location?

The Onwner's Manual for my 98 GT Wagon lists a 3rd fuse block (main under-hood, main cabin (on left side of driver footwell) and one that's supposed to be behind the lower instrument panel cover) for the radio and power antenna fuses. I was all over under there this weekend and couldn't find any fuses besides the extras for the alarm system. The Haynes manual calls out fuses above #21, which is all the main cabin fuse block holds.
Does anybody know where I can find the power antenna fuse?
Thanks,
Dave

I'd love to find this mysterious 3rd fusebox too. I've spent way too much time looking for what I'm starting to think is a typo in the owner's manual.

Maybe I'm off-base, but I thought the radio and power-antenna fuses were in-line with the radio wiring harness behind the radio. I was just in there last weekend and pretty sure I saw one on my OB and recall two on my wife's GT sedan.

That makes sense to me. I'll have to take another look.

rrubel,

I think I remember seeing those fuses back there also. It's been about a year and a half since I removed the stock radio. However, do you know where the fuse for the 2 socket 12V outlets is? This is the replacement for the ashtray that came standand in my car. That's why I'm looking for the mysterious 3rd fusebox. Thanks.

I think the fuse for the cig lighter and ash tray lighting are part of the general under-dash fusebox. I haven't played with the two-outlet ashtray replacement, but I was just in there trying to fix my cigarette lighter and ashtray light. I got the lighter working (oddly enough, there's a two-wire plug but only ONE of the two wires goes to the lighter - the hot wire comes in separately). Can't get the lights working, unfortunately. I did notice that the wires came in with the bundle for the radio, and I didn't see any other fuses in there. Normally a cigarette lighter has its own inline fuse, like the radio - but it must be buried where I can't see it.
