Default 2.5 injectors in a 2.2l SOHC OBS? cams for 2.2l?

what will happen w/ 2.5 injectors in my 2.2l? kaboom/choke?

there are plenty of cams for 2.5 SOHC....ANY for 2.2 SOHC??

if the injector is the same style of orientation to the fuel rail/intake, then they should swap over no problems. you would need to reset the ecu though.

if your OBS 2.2 has red top injectors, I do believe they are the same between the two motors, but I could be wrong. check the orientation and color. if they are the same color, you're wasting your time.

Why would you want to put 2.5 injectors in? You can drop in 850cc injectors, but your ecu won't recognize the difference, at least not the way you would like.

from what I have gathered, the single exhaust port EJ22 head could swap EJ25 cams with no issues. (words from Matt Monson)
