My UR Pulley for my 01RS came with both nesessary belts, I did not have to go anywhere for new nelts. I ordered from www.cobbtuning.com, they give you everything you need.

My pulley also had both belts. I'd give the place you ordered from a call and see what's up.

my pulley didn't come with belts, but it did come with instructions and they contain the sizes of the belts you need. i don't remember the numbers, but when you find out, you can get the belts at any parts store.(i got mine at autozone)
