Default engine misfire! plse help! HELP

ok. i lost my powersteering while ago, and took it into a local subaru dealership (concordville subaru, concordville PA) as per parents request to get it fixed. Well they fix the powersterring and i go out for a ride up to my ex's house and when i get there i see smoke pouring out of the engine bay. so i pop the hood and there is coolant EVERYWHERE, well i know they had to take off the upper rad. hose to get to the p/s pump, and i checked for leaks, everything looked fine.

well later that night a check engine light came on, and the engine started running really rough at idle and sounded like it was running off of 3 cyls. car ran fine, no over heating. so i took it back to the dealership this morning and they proceed to tell me that the coilpacks and plugs were soaked and i needed a new 02 sensor. So they replaced the o2 sensor and let the coils "dry out". I have no clue how they would have been soaked, i havent driven in anything wet lately until this afternoon. and the CEL didnt come on and the car didnt start running bad until i got it back from the dealership.........

its still running like crap............
WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?

i bought new spark plugs and am going to install them later tonight, but........... did i do this unknowingly? or could the dealership have done this? i havent been around anything wet for a while

If it was fine before you brought it in besides for power steering, I would think that dealership F'ed something up. I'd take it back and make them find out what's really up.
