Default Anyone ever used a 04 AP on a 05 WRX?

I've been told elsewhere on here that the only difference is software which can be downloaded of cobb's site but has anyone ever actually used a 04 AP on a 05 wrx? Did it work ok?

Some guy at cobb said there is a slight difference between the two and they have different menus on the website, unlike 02-03. Can anyone help?

I talked to Cobb after purchasing an 04' AP and I own an 05' I couldn't find the firmware to convert the 04-05 so I asked and they guided me through it. I found it. Converted it. Downloaded the maps, and then plug and play from there. Works great.

Could an 02/03 WRX AP work on an 04 WRX?

Disregard, I found the answer - no.
