Default finally a couple pics of my car

These were taken at Subaru charity driving clinic on 9-23, all the pro drivers from the california rally series donated their time as instructors and it was a blast.

Default holding off

Thanks, so far I have only had it for 2 months and the only thing I have done is the OZ wheelz/kumho 712s. More to come as soon as I can afford it.

Nice water shot. Did they flood that area, or was it just after a rain or something?

How come Subaru doesn't do anything like that around us? All we get are the outdoor active-lifestyle events... I wanna DRIVE!

Default skid pad

the water shot is on the skid pad that the chp uses to practice on. It is a huge super smooth concrete pad with yard bird sprinklers around the outside and it was so much fun. you loose traction and start hydroplaning at about 3 or 4 mph wwwweeeeee! and the whole thing was sponsored by like 4 differend dealerships in So Cal. and the wheels are 17x7's
heres a bigger pic of the skid pad I cant get a whole pic in the files are too big

Post

Those are the rims I've been saving $$ for. I was looking at the Superleggeras and TSW's FLY's in 17". I think I'm sold on the OZ.
What size tires did you go with? I've gottten three different recommendations for tire size.

Let's get on the east coast dee-lahzz to organize something like this for us. That looks like fun.

Peace,
Oqui

Talking OZ's the way to go

Yeah, I love the OZ's, I saw a silver wrx with the gold superleggras and those looked really good to. But for the $ I dont think you can get a better combination of light, super strong, good lookin and perfict fitting rim. Hey unles you have found another place to buy I got a great deal from the tire rack, they beat everyone elses prices by at least 60$ each, at least all the places I could find that had them.
good luck

Talking

Oh yeah, I got the Kumho 712's in 215/45 r17 and that size is perfect for the rim, the sidewalls are straight flush with the edge of the rim. But you can run the 225/40 r17's and they will just slightly curve out, but still look tight and perform the way they should, but I would not go over a 225 on a 7" wide rim.
