Yes, I just figured I would see if anyone would be interested in trading their 2002 wrx for a 95 prelude si with a new paintjob and 17 inch wheels plus 4000 cash. The prelude is in mint condition and if anyone is interested I can email pics.Thanks for everyone's time.

I shoulda known Id get a hard time. Thats ok. I just figured it would be a reasonable trade for some of the 2002 higher mileage wrx's Im seeing f/s on here for the hight 8k's.

why my car is in mint condition and worth 5k, with 4k cash that makes 9k..... basic math. I saw a 02 selling for 8900. So I thought Id try.

Your prelude "si" is worth 5k, for people looking for a prelude "si". Most people who own WRXs don't downgrade.

You'd have a hard time getting $5k for your car even if it is mint. If you can find someone to trade you, even with a high mileage wrx (110k+), I'd be shocked.

thats fine. Im glad you think people dont downtrade, Im also glad you think your better than everyone else because you have a wrx. I just recently sold an srt-4 I had that ate wrx's. But you know what I "downgraded" for something important you probably know nothing about... I bought a house. And now Im back on my feet financially and looking for something a little nicer again.

I know people downgrade, I did. I don't own a wrx. I had an impreza L with a wrx motor. SRT-4....that says a lot. Sounds like you upgraded in quality, though.

it does say alot. I loved that car, but buying a house was my first priority so I bought something that would get me around and look decent and I could get a decent cash difference for a downpayment on a house. And dont hate on the srt-4's because they are fast.

You figured your balls were shrinking fast and had to reinflate your e-penis to compensate? Sorry, SRT-4s might be fast, but take it to a curve and it stays there.

because they didnt make the srt-4's in 2002, which is the only chance I will have of getting a decent older turbo vehicle. I didnt say I dont like the wrx's obviously I do because Im trying to get one, but akai wants to talk down to me because i currently own a honda. The srt-4s are a little newer therefor less miles and more cost right now.probably similiar to a 04 wrx or so.

And Im not a ricer, i bought it because it is a good daily driver, reliable, and is good on gas. I dont try to race it.

it wasnt all of a sudden, it was a close race stock against wrx's but I eventually had the stage 2 with turbo toys on it. It doesnt matter, the bottom line is I bought a house, "downgraded" to expend some cash for the house, and am now trying to get something that I can have a little more fun with, because again I DONT RACE the prelude, i bought it because it is a dependable daily driver that is good on gas. Im glad Im making your night entertaining since Im sure there is nothing better to do in your little obviously redneck town.
