Porterfield doesn't have that application yet but I'll tell you what. If you can send us one of your pads (or an excellent template of it), I can have them start making those pads (we have a bit of pull with them). The subaru 4 piston calipers is the same as the turbo nissan 300zx front pads - perhaps you can cross reference the info on the forum to make your life easier?
