Post My new Turbo! (pics too!)

Well i couldn't find a Turbo sedan 5-speed anywhere local, so i went and found something i could really be happy with.

A 93 Touring Wagon.

It's quite a nice ride and i look forward to driving it for a long time!

I took some shots on my DC today and cropped them for you all to see. Check it out!

Very nice Dave! Now all you need are some of the rocker moldings that came on the '94 GT wagons( probably rarer then the Turbo wagons), paint them white and you'll be set!!

Hey, how about converting your web site to a Legacy Turbo Owner's site for us Turbo guys! OK, it was just a thought My site has had one page for the last year because I'm to "computer illiterate" to make any more pages

Cool

Hey guy congratulations on the turbo!!! I'm jealous your new car looks alot like the 94 turbo I saw in East Orange. Good luck with the car. I'm still waiting. The ugly duckling is driving good with the newer engine.

Thumbs up

Nice! I've always been partial to wagons.

Any mods planned?

I'm going to make a Turbo section or convert most of it over to a Turbo-centric theme, since there's nothing like that around, and there damn well should be!

With the Shik-man and the amount of knowledge floating around here we can get something going and have a central location for the best info on Turbos out there.

Mods planned for tommorow are:

Eclipse head-unit, mount my RF AMP and install JL Audio 12" sub.

Blacked-out tint. Should make it VERY nice with the black/white contrast. I'll post pics ASAP on that, should be nice.

Next will be a KYB/Eibach setup from SPD to lower it just a tad and firm up the body in the turns. My 90L had roll with the KYBs but better than this, and the 90 probably had a 14" rear sway bar!

Rear/front tower sttut braces will follow.

Hallman boost controller, boost gauge and intercooler are down the road a bit, since i'm still enamored with the improvement in power over the NA 2.2 in the 90

Give me input on how you think the site should be, and if you've got the skill and experience, write something and i WILL publish it!

Woo Hoo!!! Ask and you shall recieve Dave, let us know what what kind of format you are thinking about such as mods section, picture section, that sort of thing. I'm sure there are enough Legacy Turbo enthusiasts out there to come up with something pretty decent. And as you mentioned before, since you just got one, a step-by-step build up would be very cool as well. Just let us know what you would like.

I also have a few pictures of the Group A Legacys from some old Autosports. Might be nice for a title page or something.

Nice car. I think you should smoke the side markers, get some fogs in those holes, and remove the hood bra. Thats just me though.
