Thumbs up New guy needs to know where get hop-ups!

I just found out about the site, and I can see the light now! First thing I'd like to do is exhaust(not loud, I got 3 tickets with my old mazda), intake, and lowering spring. I heard Eibach makes some? If any body has a tricked out legacy I'd like to see it! Thanks

i have a Legacy tuning page w/many links on my site...
www.subiegal.com

lowering springs...
good ones are the H&R springs...
they have a nice spring rate, yet still lower the car about 1.5"....

exhaust...
you can fit any muffler you want... then have the piping done up for you at an exhaust tuner shop...

some of the more popular are
Scoobysport
Apexi
Stromong...

feel free to email me questions...
take care!

Thumbs up

www.teaguesauto.com Our local Subaru parts pusher. BTW: I have the Eibach pro kit, on GR2's. It handles quite well, however it could use more dampening. If you don't want to lower the car too much, I would stay away from the Eibachs though. Whiteline also makes a spring set for the legacy. It only lowers about 1 inch.

It would be tough to beat Whiteline suspenion stuff, they make a very fine product. As for exhuast goes check into Brullen. I believe they are one of the few companies to sell a true Stainless steel cat back for the Legacy.

Both are kind of far from you, but offer a pretty good variety of parts. www.rallispec.com
Closer to you. Not as much Legacy-specific stuff, but good stuff none-the-less.

Good luck, and have fun!

dunno where you're located in ny, but check out the tri-state forum. there are going to be a few meets coming up in the next month or so which would provide a chance to see some modded cars (imprezas for the most part).

chris, in my limited meet experience, i'm also the only legacy. maybe we should both go to the same one and then there will be two.
