Default Weird problem

So after running my 100% atmospheric BOV for the past couple months, I decided to throw my stock BPV on, just to feel the difference once again (Boy there sure as hell is...)

Going WOT up to ~6k rpms, I shift and the rpms just hang... and hang... and hang and then finally drop. First I'm thinking WTF? I must not have plugged the vacuum line in enough? I checked it to be fine. I borrowed my friend's WORX BOV/BPV and set it to 100% atmospheric and it shifts fine. I closed it to 100% recirculation and the rpms hang like a mofo.

I then bought a brand new vacuum line from the auto parts store... no dice. I decided to throw the UTEC map selector in 0 to see if going to stock helps anything and BAM problem fixed.

I have searched the forums and the best thing I have seen is adjusting the open loop to closed loop delay. Mine are set to default which is 2 for CL -> OL and 0 for OL -> CL. I played with the settings and nothing helps, moving them up makes it worse... as I would have thought.

The map I am running is a tweaked stage two map for lower boost and safety. I thought this might be the problem, so I reloaded a base stage two map on and received the same problem. I then reloaded the stage 1-3 parameters and nothing still.

I'm in the dark about this issue; can someone please shed some light?

Well, I'll take a stab here...

Your IDC's seem really high for the low boost you're running. As if you're drowning in fuel. The wideband readings seem...broken...or useless.

Are you using bigger injectors? Either way, is the injector scaling set right? You might want to check all your parameters, or find out why your IDC's are so high.

My mods are: catless exhaust, intercooler hoses, turbo inlet pipe and bov. Nothing too special.

My AEM UEGO isn't integrated into my logs. I need to wire that up, so I can take true logs /w a/f... However, I know I'm running 10.x:1 a/f ratios @ WOT because the AEM goes blank.

The parameters are standard stage 1-3 from turboxs.

Here is my stage two map. Initially, the target was for 16psi this winter, but since its warmer.. they seem to have dropped a bit. It's about 60 degrees outside today. I'll get a log on lunch break.

*edit* I also added in some timing and fuel for the 0% column to prevent shift knock. I was experiencing it during the winter.

I did some logs with my map on but the delay was so long before I was able to get on the gas, that UTI stopped logging in between shifts I'll get proper logs after work.

*edit* One thing I noticed along with someone who PM'd me, is that the load column is showing 10% off throttle in the original log. My stock ecu log shows 0% load. Pretty odd...

Are you sure? The car seems to run 100% fine with the utec on map position 0. I have tried three different BOV/BPV's (GFB Hybrid, Stock, WORX adjustable) I also changed out the vacuum line for the valve. I guess I'll snoop around the engine bay some more...

Did his timing map seem a bit off in the 70-100 load columns? There were a few 6-7 degree jumps.

Also, why aren't you reaching 80, 90, or 100 load %?

I just think if you have let off the throttle that much (snip of log I posted) then the BOV should have vented and your boost should have dropped off.

The UTEC forces itself in control at about 5250 RPM as I remember it. This is why the UTEC reports 10% yet you have 0% TPS. You are above the auto crossover.
