Default Inexpensive suspension install in SLC? Where?

RMIC'ers... I want to put new springs and struts in my Outback... doing the opposite of what most people here do, and actually raising it a couple of inches rather than dropping it.

I have the springs and am buying KYB GR2 struts. Any suggestions on who could do this install inexpensively (yet still done right) here in SLC? What should I expect to pay for labor on something like that?

This is a writeup on the USMB describing exactly what I'm planning:
http://www.ultimatesubaru.net/forum/...ad.php?t=49336

Any advice for where to get this done? I've done some minor maintenance work on my car (fluids, filters, electrical, etc.) but don't feel comfortable doing this work or I'd do it myself. Thanks in advance.

Steve

Charlie at A&C Automotive can do it all, just make an appointment. He's worked on my last two cars and done a 5MT swap for me as well.

Thanks for the suggestions. Not planning on doing this one myself at this time, as previously mentioned.

In a recent thread in the Brakes, Steering and Suspension forum someone asked about the time to do springs, 2-4 hours easy seemed the consensus for someone with experience. That thread is here:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...8&page=1&pp=25

DLC: Called Charlie, he quoted me 6 hours labor for it, labor cost was competitive with Midas (called just for comparison). Seemed like a good guy on the phone.

SVT: I'm sending you a PM for your guy's contact info, I'll talk to him and see what he has to say, thanks.

I'd replaced the suspension on my 93 Legacy no less than 4 times. 2 hours might be possible with a crew of 4, but the spring compressing alone takes an hour or so for all four wheels, up and down. If you had replacement top mounts and could have pre-assembled units beforehand, then that's help, but that's not likely.

Charlie may not be your best solution for the suspension, but keep him in mind for any other work you need done.
