There are a lot of after market seats that have the reclining mechanism. The Recaro for the STi S204 is one. Another attractive seat is the

The thing is, I'm looking for a fixed back seat. I was talking about the ratchet style recline lever that tilts the whole seat back. Thanks for the info. though

Thats not recline, its height adjustment....and I don't know if aftermarket seats bolt to the mechanism. Most aftermarket seats require thier own brackets.
