I thought the 2006 models had problems putting the gauge packs on the dash where the clock goes because of an air bag issue. Could you please share how you did it?

Yeah when i unplugged the clock the airbag light came on. So i took the two screws out of the back of clock pod separating the LCD and the POD. Then i just wrapped it up in foam and put the gauge pod over it. Under the gauge housing i just left the lcd plugged in. More than enough room.

I have heard the TBE on the 06's cause boost creep so i went with the Cobb catted cause it the only one people say doesnt cause creep. Been about a month and not a single problem. It one of the more quiet exhaust but thats fine with me.

Stage 2 meh.? You only get low end tq nothing up high because of the crappy TD04. did a third gear pull vs a Access port stage one 02 wrx and didnt pull that much on him. Given we started at 4k in third.

If i could do it agian i would go from stock to stage 3.

As much as I can't get into the Pignose Imprezas, somehow it works in white, on wagons.

Now, get some nice bronze wheels

Your the man! Now 06's can use dash pods because of that bit of information you just shared.

They sure do... Got the Ecuteck tune last week and put down 215 hp and 255tq. To compare stock STi's put down 225-230 on the same dyno

But if you have an 06 screw stage 2. These turbos with the 2.5 engine suck. I hit 14 PSI around 3k and by 5700 im at 11psi tops. The TD04 turbos cant hold the boost up high.

Had the Cobb AP first and same thing.
