Default Exhaust size for S/C?

I am seriously considering a CAPA supercharger for my OBS. It runs at 6psi. Would 2.5" exhaust be good enough or should I go to 3"? I could do the 2.5" exhaust now, I would loose some low end, but it is better than buying 2 exhaust systems. 3" would obivously have to wait until I am forced induction. Anyone have some advice?

Personally, I would stick with the 2.5" unless you run higher than 6psi. Unless you want only high top-end.

I would think that a good 2.5 would actualy be better for a S/C...

Thanks, guys. I was thinking the same thing, low boost + smaller displacement = no need for 3".

As I've seen in the Hondas, it seems the biggest difference in power delivery is in the headers. A moderate sized exhaust will work just fine, a 2.5" sounds perfect.

Could you give me a website or phone # for CAPA, I'm interested in a S/C.

Thanks
