Default ej20 rods are the same as the ej22t correct?

is it just a different size crankshaft in the ej20 from the ej22t are the pistons and rods the same dimensions...will they fit??my machine shop guy is going on my word that the rods for the ej20 are the same as the ej22t rods... anyone verify?


going with Scat H beam rods, and J&E pistons.

the rods and crank are the same....rods are 5.137'', and the crank is 75mm. the only difference is in the bore.
