They only make a marginal difference in handling. And I'm almost positive those would fit a BE/BH Legacy (just as the older GC-style control arms will fit a BC/BF and a BD/BG Legacy). I have two sets of control arms in my garage - one GC-style, and one '04 STi style. Both will fit, but the '04 STi arms will widen the track a bit and also add more positive caster. My only concern at this point is whether the stock axles will be OK with the wider track.
