2001 RS for Sale in St. Albert

Hey guys,
A friend of mine spotted a red impreza RS for sale in St. Albert.
Details are this,
about 30 000km, asking 21000 for it.
He's from montreal...reason for selling is unknown.

Is there another number to reach him? his cell is always off. My cousin is looking for an RS to buy here in Edmonton. Apparently at Subaru city there is a blue coupe RS for sale...Still have to test drive it.... Let me know asap..

Is that the info correct, he said he has 4k on it & selling for $23K?
Does that make sense?

Guys, I was talking to Ole at Subaru City about that WRB '98RS, if that's the same one you are talking about. He said he would not sell me a car in that kind of shape. My fams has been buying cars from him since '93, we've bought 5 cars from him so far, he would not steer us wrong. My guess is that there is something not right with the car.
If is a newer one you are talking about, sorry for sticking my nose where it did not belong.
