Passanger and rear Windows won't roll down

When I went to turn off my car (03 wrx) today, I realized I couldn't roll my passenger window up or down, tried the rear and the same thing. The front doesn’t seem to be affected and is working normally. They worked on the way to class today. One factor that might be related is last evening I jumped my car because I left a light on. In doing so, I clamped the negative on what I believe is the a/c compressor to the right of the alternator, which I wouldn't normally do that but it seemed like a nice solid ground.
I have a UTEC and a turbo timer; they are not new additions, so I can't imagine they have anything to do with it.
I don't hear the motors working or anything, so I think it might be a fuse, but which one? I looked at the electrical diagram but I didn't see anything about windows.
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it (preferably before it rains

)

i thought they were all connected. someone is going to ask if you accidently locked the other windows.......

are the windows locked or are the child locks on in the rear.

You do know there is a switch that turns off all the power windows except the driver's window? If it's not been turned off, then I'd test that switch and it's wiring.

You do know there is a switch that turns off all the power windows except the driver's window? If it's not been turned off, then I'd test that switch and it's wiring.
