Default Stage 2: TXS TBE HP

Could anyone post any numbers for the OTS TXS Stage 2 map? I've tried google and searched here on the board but couldn't exactly find it. Is the TXS Stage 2 equivalent to the Cobb AP Stage 2? Sorry about all the post but im really new to this Utec and EM. Thanks!

Ditto on this thread! I'm planning on getting a UTEC and I'm gonna be running a TBE, too.

I wouldn't worry much about how much power the OTS maps put out. The "T" in "UTEC" stands for "tunable", so take advantage of this part.

And yes, UTEC & Cobb Stage 2s are both the same.

I just switched from Cobb's stage 2 map to a UTEC base map yesterday and the UTEC is noticably stronger.

Yeah thats what I thought. The Utec is running a bit to rich though so I would highly recommend people getting it tuned if there running OTS Stage 2 or any base maps to save teh gas. I drove around on the Stage 2 and got own3d on gas.

Over the 6 dyno runs the stock ECU's power output was highly variable. Peak power ranged between 258.8hp and 278.8. Peak torque was between 254.4 and 262.9.

We then installed the UTEC and our map that we built off our shop car. As you can see the UTEC was much more consistent. Peak power on the UTEC was between 304.8hp and 307.9hp. Peak torque was between 313.0ft/lbs 316.0ft/lbs.

I am very happy with these results.

I’ll try to get a better screen capture of the plot up on the site soon. Our dyno isn’t on our network, and it seems our floppy drives are giving us trouble.

So does that mean with a stage 2 we are closely getting around 355-365hp?
