I hate white wheels on cars. But for some reason they go really well with your car.
I think that flat black or bright gold would look hot.

Nick

edit, paint those sideskirts ftw.

IMO, those wheels would look great if painted or powdercoated gold with the polished rim.

Good lookin' car though!

Ya know...I ususally don't like red cars---at all. But this one.....this one I like. I don't know what it is about it. But its just really nice. Good job.

(Wheels gotta be changed tho some Works would be seks )

Put some STI skirts on there and you're totally set.

+1 for repainting the rims a different color. Gunmetal perhaps? I think that'd be fantastic.

+1 also for getting a v-limited lip. That will reaaaaally finish it off.

Great work on it thus far. Looks good

Well I'll get some shots of the painted side skirts up today.

I'm also going to toy around with some wheel paint and see if I can't get a dark wheel color that I like.

Anybody wanna chop the wheels I already have in black, gray, and gunmetal?

mtbiac: The Volks they are copied after are the GT-C's, the wheels are made by Katana.

white wheels with chrome lip look DISGUSTING, on nearly every car out there. especially clean red cars.

i say get new wheels entirely and sell those ones.

but nice car.

After seeing your car, I really want to debadge the back of my car. I'm not really feeling the wheels though... I think gold looks great on red.

Eureka!! That's what I have been hating about the wheels! White with a polished lip. Unfortunately, my funds won't allow for the wheels to be sold anytime soon, but I think I could make them look a lot more fitting or better at least by some painting.

yeah if you paint the chrome lip black, like, polished glossy black, that would look hot.
