Default Two more days....

and I will have the option of not riding my bike to work . Going to Seattle on Thursday to pick up some new transportion:

Good to have brothers in Vancouver and Seattle to stay with and visit. Will post more details/pics once I get back.

p.s. darn that rising Canadian dollar....could've saved another $400 if I changed my money this week

Question How much do you REALLY save after everything???

If you could give a price break out after EVERYTHING is said and done, that would be of great interest...this would include full purchase price of vehicle, duty, GST, block heater...etc. Iím still a skeptic when it comes to purchasing a US vehicle for the Canadian marketÖ
Thank you,

Thank you,
there's an amazing thread on legacygt.com (search is your friend) with all you'll need to know about buying from the States, including price.

$10k on an STi, $7-$8k on a LGT, etc.

Thank you,
Not sure why you are skeptical but I will post the details once I get the car back to Calgary and have paid for all the duty, GST and so on.

Out of curiosity, are you paying cash for the wagon or are you financing through your bank? If this is personal, I do apologize and no answer is needed.

No biggie. I paid cash for the car. Have done so for our last three cars. May have to break this "rule" if we decide to replace our Passat with something a little more expensive.

I found a couple of pics of the tail lights and they look (like I thought) quite different between the sedan and the wagon.
