Default Timing values and alcohol/meth, water injection

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this question, but for those that are running some form of engine management and some type of external injection, are you noticing a dramatic difference in knock threshold with different liquids?

I've always run a 50/50 mix, and I've never really tuned with straight water or straight meth, but I'm curious for those that have.
Did you notice that one has a lower knock threshold than the other? My question is not regarding power output but simply the synergy between a/f and timing.
I'm only asking because, after three years of using mixes, I'm getting lazy, and sometimes I just fill up with water when I'm at the gas station or when I don't have time. I don't really notice a difference in knock threshold with my knocklite, but it just could be my conservative approach with A/F and timing.

Anyone tune to the edge and notice a difference with the different medias?
I'd just like to know for those days I'm lazy at the gas station and fill up with bottled water. I fill up most of the time with the mix, but when you're filling up after a day's work sometimes, buying a gigantic bottled water is so much more convenient.
