That had been sitting unrefridgerated since 9am.

I'm making fajitas tonight and started thawing the meat and chicken last night and forgot to put it back in the fridge. So this morning I found nice room temp meat. I threw it in the fridge...hopefully cooking it at this point is ok...we'll find out!

0%-1% chance. It wont go bad after a couple hours unless he put it someplace filthy and its hot as hell in there. I've eaten pizza that was on the counter for like 2 days many time with no problems
