Accident on I95 North MD

Around 9 p.m. this evening, saw a Tribeca that was rear-ended by a semi on I95 Northbound around the exit for Rt. 100 in MD.

I hope everyone is all right...saw too many ambulances there!

by the looks of things, just the rear was smashed up.

Speedy recovery.

I remember reading somewhere on this board about a guy getting slammed by a semi while driving his WRX and he survived with minor injuries. Surely the Tribeca would withstand this even better, though the odds are always agaainst you when rear-ended by such a behemoth...

Maybe not in that particular case. Not only was he hit from behind by the semi, he was pushed into the back of another trailer in front of him. Nothing left of his car, looked like a miracle to survive. Sitting up higher might result in being flattened in between than being shoved underneath. I don't think I'd ever want to find out!

damn im from the scic forums and i just came here to see if everything was alright.

yeah the WRX guy that got hit by a semi was really lucky.
our b-pillars are indestructible.

hope this guy came out without any injuries
